Delivery Times during Covid-19
We have continued to ship orders daily throughout Covid-19 lockdown. While our product pages show we ship orders received by 12pm the same day we are unable to offer this service under present conditions. Most orders are being processed the next working day, with our reduced staff.
When choosing standard delivery as your shipping option please expect delays as Royal Mail continue to experience long delays and no packages are guaranteed to arrive within normal delivery times. Please be patient and if you require a speedier delivery service then please choose Express Delivery. We will then send your purchase with APC courier who are offering a next day delivery service in most instances. (this is not guaranteed)
In order to process your orders in a speedy timeframe warehouse staff are working through the night in order to get your purchases to Royal Mail by 7am, a requirement put in place when lockdown began and is still in place. This timeframe is also the same for Express delivery with APC courier. Please keep this in mind when placing your order and any changes that you may wish to make after completing checkout will be governed by these conditions.
Local Collection
When choosing Collection by appointment please bare in mind that due to the current working hours of our warehouse we are only offering early weekday morning appointments to collect your order. Our warehouse is not open weekends, therefore you should keep this in mind when making your shipping choice.
If you need to add to your order this can be arranged but you will not be permitted to walk around the warehouse. You must know what item/s you wish to add to your order and they will be brought to the counter for you to view and decide if you wish to purchase. You will keep to current social distancing regulations and all purchases will be paid for electronically as we are not currently accepting cash.
