Shipping & Returns

Festive Opening Times

Our warehouse will be closed between 22nd December 2021 to 4th January 2022. Orders received during this time will be fulfilled but not shipped until our return.

Royal Mail have informed us they are experiencing long delays in delivery with heavily reduced staff. Please bare this in mind when ordering and be patient, thank you. Further updates can be found on our Facebook™  Page

Returns Policy

We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will offer you a refund to store credit for small sums under £100 or a refund to your payment method as soon as possible (usually the same day we receive the returned goods).  We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and the service you receive from Scanlansarts. If you encounter any problems please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt), so that we might resolve any issues you are experiencing. When returning unwanted goods please enclose your name, address and order number. 

Scanlansarts will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). 

If you need to return an item, open a return request via your order. Alternatively, Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Shipping UK Mainland

We strive to ship all orders received by 6am the same day, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. We pride ourselves on efficient delivery service to our customers. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a courier of our choice for Standard UK mainland deliveries. Express deliveries we use APC Next Day Service (this is not guaranteed but 98.9% arrive the next working day). Heavier or large items will be sent with a courier of our choice. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order we will always contact you as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. 

To minimise delays please ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. APC will provide automatic tracking updates to your mobile or email address. If you find you are no-longer available to accept delivery, simply use the link provided in your text or email to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient to you. 

If you have chosen standard delivery with Royal Mail it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery. If your purchase is too large for your letterbox Royal Mail may leave a 'While you were out' card for you to rearrange delivery or collection, alternatively your post-person may leave your package with a neighbour. In such cases it is your responsibility to collect your package from your neighbour or speak with the post-person assigned to your route. If you require a more personalised delivery service please choose Express delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo. UK Shipping starts at £2.95.


In Store Collection

Save time and shipping fees by choosing In Store Collection at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time to collect your order during our warehouse opening times.

We also offer Free Local Delivery to some area's of ME12 and ME11 for those who find getting out a little difficult. Free delivery to Leysdown and Warden Bay require a minimum spend of £15.

NB: Please remember to contact us prior to collection as our warehouse currently operates a by appointment only policy.
