Preparation:
Once you book, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help me understand your challenges, goals, and vision. This allows me to dive into the details of your business. With your input, I’ll spend about an hour researching:

• Your business
• Your marketplace
• Your competitors
• Tailored strategies to meet your specific needs

The Call:
Our call will last between 40 minutes and an hour—but I don’t watch the clock. If we need more time to achieve clarity and solutions, I’ll take it. Your transformation is my top priority.

During the call, we’ll focus on what matters most to you:

• Reviewing your sales platforms, social media, or sales events
• Analysing your current systems and identifying opportunities to streamline
• Planning actionable steps to help you scale your business and boost profits

This is not a one-size-fits-all consultation. It’s tailored entirely to your business and vision, addressing your specific questions and creating a plan to achieve your goals.

I conduct calls via Zoom, where I can share my screen and provide a hands-on experience. Prefer a phone call? That works too.

By the end of the call, you’ll have:

After the Call:
The work doesn’t stop when the call ends. I’ll spend at least another hour compiling:

• A detailed action plan tailored to your business
• Comprehensive notes summarising our discussion
• A recording of the call for you to revisit anytime
