had my own business before starting Paula's training course. I thought I knew most things - how wrong I was!. The first modules helped me to reflect on my business and where I wanted to go with it. Taking time to identify who my customers really were, by creating a customer avatar, helped me realise I needed to refine my product range. It also made me think about where I had been selling my products, my pricing and also what were my best sellers. I reduce the number of lines I carried, increase production of a limited number of designs and out source which I would never have thought of doing before. Learning how to use SEO's, Facebook/Facebook Business Suite correctly has increased my online following and orders from new and repeat customers. Paula covers so much in this course and her attention to detail is amazing. Working my way through the modules and implimenting Paula's ideas has really helped me grow my business. 2022 is going to be a good year for Ceecee's Crafts Yarn Artists as already I have published 2 knitting pattern books of my own designs on Amazon Kindle and secured a new stockist in Belfast International Airport. My knitwear will be flying high all around the World.
